AI, AI Agents and Automation
This AI product management course helps you compare three approaches to automation—traditional, AI-assisted, and agentic—and decide when each is appropriate. It’s designed for product work that involves tradeoffs: determinism vs flexibility, cost vs accuracy, and control vs autonomy. PMs can use this framing during discovery and roadmap planning to avoid overbuilding agent behavior where rules or basic AI are sufficient. The course is especially useful when aligning with stakeholders on risk, limits, and expected performance before launch. You’ll come away with a decision lens you can reuse for prioritization decisions, validation plans, and measurable outcomes—so “agentic” becomes a justified choice, not a default.
