Product Leader Certification (PLC)®

This product leadership course focuses on practical application within real product environments. Leading product at scale is less about feature decisions and more about setting direction, building team capability, and aligning portfolios to business outcomes. This certification focuses on the leadership layer of product work: crafting strategy, managing tradeoffs across initiatives, and creating the operating cadence that keeps teams aligned. You’ll practice communicating direction, mentoring and developing PMs, and using data to guide prioritization and investment decisions. The goal is to improve how you lead — how you create clarity, make decisions visible, and sustain execution across multiple teams. Best for experienced PMs and group leads stepping into broader product leadership responsibilities.
